I keep going back to this place. The first time, the staff helped me find good food spots. It suits me perfectly with Internet, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Flat-screen TV. No pets/smoking. I'm coming back for Xmas. Couldn't be happier.

The room at this hotel was fantastic. The location in Soho was perfect and easy to find. The shower was great and the new bed mattress was super comfortable. The staff was amazing and very helpful with all our questions.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider selection of choices.

The small gifts from the host were such a nice touch. The room was quiet, safe, and secluded, which was exactly what we needed. our stay was absolutely fabulous, and we can't wait to come back.

It was right in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions and within walking distance to shops, theaters, and restaurants. the room was cozy and had a fully fitted kitchenette, which was a great advantage. the bathroom was modern, and the staff was easily reachable and responsive to any inquiries.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were items left from previous stays under the bed, and the mattress protector had a stain on it.
